RENTAL POLICIES:
Minimum Stay: Reservations are for a
minimum 5-night rental. Holidays including Christmas and
Presidents Day require a minimum of 7 nights,
Deposits: For reservations made more than
45 days prior to arrival, a 50% deposit is due at booking
and will be charged to your credit card at that time. For
reservations 45 days or less prior to your arrival date,
a deposit equal to the entire rental fee including applicable
taxes is due and payable at the time of booking.
Cancellations: Deposit refunds are available
if a reservation is cancelled prior to 45 days before the
arrival date. No refunds are available after that time.
Travel insurance is suggested.
Balance of Payment: The balance of all remaining
rental fees is due and payable 45 days prior to the arrival
date. The original credit card used at the time of booking
will be charged for the balance unless other arrangements
have been made prior to that time. Failure to remit the
balance due without explicitly cancelling a reservation
according to the provisions in the cancellation paragraph
above, will cause the Renter to forfeit the deposit.
Check-in/Check-out: Approximately 10 days
before your arrival date, we will send you a welcome packet
by email that contains check-in procedures and other useful
information for your stay. Check-in time begins at 3:30
pm on the arrival date. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on
the departure date.
Reporting Damage: Upon first occupying
unit, renter is responsible to immediately report any damage
found. Failure to do so, will make renter financially liable
to pay for repair of said damage.
Number of Occupants: The number of nightly
occupants cannot exceed the number that can sleep in the
available beds. Each unit will expressly state the maximum
number of occupants for that unit. If management determines
that the occupancy is exceeding that number, Telluride Vacation
Condos reserves the right to evict the renter/occupants
and retain payments made for the duration of the stay.
Cleaning: Renter is responsible to leave
unit reasonably clean and orderly upon departure. At its
sole discretion, Telluride Vacation Rentals reserves the
right to charge Renter for cleaning services if this requirement
is not reasonably met.
Damage Repair: Renter is financially responsible
for the costs of repairing (or replacing, if deemed necessary)
any damage to the premises or contents of premises that
occurs while Renter is occupying the unit. Renter specifically
acknowledges that Telluride Vacation Rentals has the right
to charge Renter's credit card for any such damages up to
a sum of $2000 over and above the rental fees.
Pets: While we are major pet lovers, the condo associations do not allow pets under any circumstances to guests and tenants.
No Smoking: We enforce a strict NO SMOKING policy in our units. We will deduct for damages associated with the cost of cleaning or repairing units if smoking has been detected by our staff and we reserve the right to terminate the balance of your stay.
